This policy explains refunds, returns and cancellations for OutdoorBudget (outdoorbudget.com).
In short:
- Our calculators and guides are free – you are never charged to use them, so there is nothing to refund.
- We do not sell physical goods. We do not currently sell any paid products or subscriptions.
- Purchases and bookings made on other websites are refunded, returned or cancelled under that seller’s policy.
Free calculators
Everything on OutdoorBudget is free to use. We do not take payments for our calculators or articles, so no refunds, returns or cancellations are needed. If anyone asks you to pay to use our calculators, it is not us – please let us know at shenoyvaliyavilayil@gmail.com.
Purchases and bookings with other companies
Our guides may link to parks, campsites, tour operators, rental companies and retailers. When you book or buy from them, your contract is with that company, and their refund, return and cancellation terms apply. We cannot process refunds, returns or cancellations for them, but we are happy to point you in the right direction.
Booking something for an outdoor trip? Check the cancellation window, deposit terms and weather policy before you pay, and consider travel insurance that covers cancellations.
Returns
We do not sell or ship physical products, so there is nothing to return to us. Physical goods bought from other retailers should be returned to that retailer under its returns policy.
How to contact us
For any question about refunds, returns or cancellations, email shenoyvaliyavilayil@gmail.com with your name, the product or service concerned, the date and (for any purchase from us) your order details. We aim to reply within 5 working days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method, usually within 10 working days.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer in the United States, the United Kingdom or elsewhere.
